Terms of service
The terms for the previews and websites we build, and for the care plan, in plain English.
Last updated October 27, 2026
Who we are
Aurevia Sites is a trading name of Stefan, an individual based in Bosnia and Herzegovina. Aurevia Sites is not a registered company.
In these terms, "we" and "us" mean Aurevia Sites, and "you" means the business or person we build a website for. These terms apply to the previews and websites we build, to the care plan and to this website. You can reach us by email at stefan@aureviasites.com.
The free preview
When you ask for one, we build a private preview of your new website, free of charge. Asking for a preview, or reviewing one, puts you under no obligation to buy anything.
The preview lives at a private link that we share only with you, and it is hidden from search engines. If you decide not to go ahead, we may take the preview down.
Your photos, logos and text
We build your preview and your website with photos, logos and text that you send us, or that we take from your current website when you ask us to.
By sending them to us, or asking us to use them, you confirm that you own them or have the right to use them on your website.
Saying yes and paying
If you like the preview and want the website, you pay the full price of the plan you choose, in US dollars. You can pay by card through Stripe, or by invoice. Our prices are on the pricing page.
Once your payment has arrived, we connect your domain and publish your website.
The care plan
Hosting is included with every site at no monthly cost. The care plan is optional and billed monthly: it covers security updates and small text and photo edits.
You can cancel it at any time by emailing stefan@aureviasites.com. When you cancel, you are not charged for the next month.
Refunds
If you pay and then change your mind before your website goes live, we refund you in full. Once your website is live, the build is final. If you cancel the care plan, the month you have already paid for is not refunded.
The refund policy explains how to ask for a refund and how it is paid.
What you own after paying
Once you have paid in full, the website is yours: its files, its design and its content. You can keep it with us or move it anywhere you like.
Limitation of liability
To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, such as lost profits or lost business.
Our total liability for any claim relating to a website we built for you, or to the care plan, is limited to the amount you paid us for it.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The date at the top of this page shows when they last changed.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the law of the U.S. state in which your business is based.
