If you change your mind.

If you've paid and change your mind before your site goes live, you get a full refund. Once your site is live, the build is final. The care plan you can cancel any time, and you won't be charged for the next month.

Is the preview really free?

Yes. We build your preview at our own cost, and you pay only if you want the site.

When do I pay, and how?

Only after you've seen your preview and said yes. You pay the full price then, by card through Stripe or by invoice. Then we connect your domain and your site goes live.

Who owns the site?

You do. Once it's paid in full, the site's files, design and content are yours.

Is there a monthly fee?

No. Hosting is included with every site, at no monthly cost. The care plan is optional, and your site stays online without it.

What if I change my mind after paying?

If your site isn't live yet, you get a full refund. Once it's live, the build is final.

What is the care plan?

An optional $99 a month for security updates and small text and photo edits, done for you. You don't need it to keep your site online: hosting is included with every site. Cancel any time, and you won't be charged for the next month.

Do I keep my domain?

Yes. We connect the domain you already own. If you don't have one yet, we'll tell you how to get one in your own name.
