Who is responsible for your information

This website and the services on it are run by Stefan, an individual based in Bosnia and Herzegovina, trading as Aurevia Sites. He is responsible for (the data controller of) the personal information described here.

What this website collects

This website sets no cookies and has no advertising or tracking.

Like any web host, our hosting provider may keep short technical records of requests, such as IP addresses, to run and protect the website.

When you email us

If you email us, we receive your email address, your name if you include it, and whatever you write. We use it to reply to you and, if you ask for one, to build your preview.

Materials for your preview

To build your preview, we use photos, text and details from your current website, or that you send us. Some may include personal information, such as photos of people or your business contact details. We use them only to build your site.

When you pay

If you pay by card, Stripe handles the payment. We don't see or store your full card number.

If you pay by invoice, we keep the details on the invoice, such as your name or business name and the amount, for our records.

Who helps us handle it

We share your information only with the services that help us run Aurevia Sites, and only what they need:

Hosts this website, your preview and your website.

Our email.

Stripe

Handles card payments, when you pay by card.

We never sell your information.

How long we keep it

• Emails: as long as we need them to help you.
• Preview materials, if you don't go ahead: we delete the preview and the materials for it 90 days after we share it, or sooner if you ask.
• If you go ahead: while we build your website and, with the care plan, while we look after it.
• Payment and invoice records: as long as the law requires us to keep them.

Your rights

You can ask us what information we hold about you, ask for a copy, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. You can also object to how we use it. Email stefan@aureviasites.com and we will respond.

If you are unhappy with how we handle your information, you can also complain to the data protection authority where you live.

Changes to this policy

If what we collect or how we use it changes, we update this page. The date at the top shows when it last changed.
