The preview is free, so there is nothing to pay and nothing to refund.

Paid, before your site goes live

Changed your mind? We refund you in full.

Once your site is live

The build is final and is not refunded.

Care plan

Cancel any time. You are not charged for the next month; the current month is not refunded.

The free preview

We build your preview free of charge, and you only pay if you decide you want the website. If you decide not to go ahead, you owe us nothing, so there is nothing to refund.

If you change your mind before your site goes live

If you have paid for your website and change your mind before it goes live, we refund the full amount you paid. You don't need to give a reason.

Once your site is live

Once we have connected your domain and your website is live, the build is final and is not refunded.

The care plan

You can cancel the care plan at any time. When you cancel, you are not charged for the next month. The month you have already paid for is not refunded.

How to ask

Email stefan@aureviasites.com from the address you used with us, with your business name and what you would like refunded or cancelled.

How refunds are paid

• If you paid by card, we refund the card you paid with, through Stripe.
• If you paid by invoice, we refund you by bank transfer.

How soon the money shows in your account depends on your bank or card provider.
